Family-run, locally grown, properly licensed
Redgum Electrical started on a single ute and a promise: do honest work, leave it tidy, and treat people's homes the way you would want yours treated. Fifteen years on, that has not changed.
It started with one ute and a phone that actually got answered
Dan grew up in Ballarat, did his apprenticeship here, and got tired of hearing the same complaint from everyone he worked for: the last sparky never called back. So he started Redgum to be the one that does.
The name comes from the red gums out along the Yarrowee. Tough, local, and built to last, which is exactly how we like our work to be. Today we are a small team, but you still deal with the same faces every visit, and Dan still quotes every job himself.
We work right across Ballarat and the Central Highlands, from heritage homes in the city to new builds in Alfredton and shops on Sturt Street. Big job or small, you get the same care.
